s="doSayFor"><l>For example, the pathway of carbon-binding substrates in plants can be seperated into several groups. Group 1 is known as the C3 group. The C3 group consists of most normal plants and is the most prone to accidentally binding oxygen and losing energy.</l><l>15</l></block><block s="doSayFor"><l>The next type of plant is the C4 plant group. C4 plants uses a special pathway and avoids significant water loss and false oxygen bonding in high temperature environments. Using the Hatch-Slack Pathway, they operate LDR and LIDR reactions at different times to save water.</l><l>15</l></block><block s="doSayFor"><l>The last kind of plant group is the CAM group.
