Bezier curve editor

I recently got interested in bezier curves again wanted to make an editor for making splines.

- click stage to add a new anchor point
- move the green points to control the curve
- press a blue point to select it and to insert points
- press x on a blue point to delete it
- press c to toggle closed path
- press space to hide/unhide points
