Gradual Size Change

A bunch of blocks about shrinking and growing.
Operators: 
Shrink num by s in steps,
Grow num by g in steps.
Looks:
A plethora of experimentel growing and shrinking blocks;
Similar to the Operator versions (of which they depend), with a time factor and fix value which causes the shrink/grow to lock the top or bottom of the costume to the y value of the costume's bottom or top.
Ignore the offset, I'm too tired to get it working.
