Linter Speed Simulator

Allows you to emulate how a conventional linter works (May not be accurate)

+ creates encode

- button asks you to remove a list (Decode speed)

Space button decodes all DBs into text

Shift+8 button combination allows you to change linter speeds (aka the * button)

= button reports the size of each db in MB (Length of list / 1000)

At the start of the project, you'll be asked for Decode and Encode speeds. Since you need it in Mbps, wirte 0.@@@ where @ is the number you wanted for Kbps

O button stops linter completely
