space - plays the song
left, right - moves the time/camera
1 to 4 - Changes instrument
a, d - Changes note length
b - changes the bpm
r - sets the time to 0
z - deletes the recent note you've placed
t - changes the transparency of the ghost keys, 100 is to disable it, (using that drops the fps a bit)
y - shows/hides the ghost keys
s - saves the song (puts the song in your clipboard)
l - loads the song

idk if full screen makes it better or laggier
also total time for making this is 1 hour i think
