Turtle Graphics story time

This code is a work in progress started by Richard Millwood in May 2025. The goal is to offer a simple programming environment that makes the movement of the turtle crystal-clear by using: 1) text to speech; 2) speech bubbles 3) a simplified set of pieces 4) animated and graphical cues to the movements. 5) A written story of the program to help with reading code.  All to be discussed at Snap!Con 2025.
