Patch Notes 0.2.1 - UI Overhaul

Misc. Updates -
   -   Removed sound effects from hitting: caused massive lag

Bug Fixes - 
   -   Apparently there's this little setting called "draggable" that I never turned off 


Plans for end of update 0.2 :
- Add settings menu for keybinds and such
- Add some sort of indication for speed, knowing the ball speed is nice from a debugging perspective and from a player perspective
-Add some real art for the title (and maybe a new name)
-Make menuing a little less boring
